This document describes the terms and conditions of the Maverik Adventure Club Rewards Program for the Adventure Club Card (“Club Card”) and Adventure Club Nitro® Card (“Nitro® Card”, and collectively the “Program”). Additional requirements apply if you wish to utilize the Adventure Club Nitro® Card, and these additional terms and conditions can be found in the Nitro® Card Agreement. The Program may be modified, revised or terminated by Maverik at any time with or without notice and is subject to our Website Terms of Use, Privacy Notice, and applicable governmental requirements.
By swiping the Club Card and/or presenting the Club Card in the Maverik store (“Store”) for fuel purchases cardholders may receive up to two cents ($0.02) discount from the posted retail pump price for the purchase of each gallon of diesel fuel or gasoline.
The Program provides certain loyalty reward points (“Trail Points”) for fuel purchases and merchandise purchased at a Store when the Club Card is properly presented upon payment at the pump or in the Store. Trail Points may be used for Program offerings, including but not limited to, the option to redeem Trail Points to enter sweepstakes (“Win Stuff”), purchase items available on the reward program website (“Buy Stuff”), or apply to in-store transactions (Pay with Trail Points), excluding alcohol, tobacco, fuel and lottery. In addition, certain qualifying purchases may earn Punch-It! Rewards that can be redeemed after the necessary total Punch-It! rewards (“freebies”) are obtained for merchandise at the Store.
Trail Points may be earned on fuel and merchandise purchases at the Store upon proper presentment of the Club Card, App or by using Alternate ID (Phone Number).
Punch-It! Rewards provide one (1) Punch-It! punch for each eligible purchase of in-Store merchandise. Punch-It! Rewards are an electronic method of tracking eligible purchases (“Digital Punch Card”) and function similar to a buy-10-get-one-free paper punch card. Punch-It! Rewards are tracked electronically and added to the cardholders Club Card account. When a cardholder has obtained ten (10) Punch-It! punches or number specified on digital punch card they will earn a digital Punch-It! reward (“freebie”) redeemable for the applicable in-Store merchandise (“Punch-It! reward”).
Lost, stolen or damaged Club Cards may be replaced by obtaining a replacement Club Card at the Store and following the replacement process for Club Cards at maverik.com or through the Maverik mobile application.
By using your Nitro® Card as the method of payment for fuel purchases in accordance to the terms and conditions of the Program you may receive the greater of: (a) up to ten cents ($0.10)* discount from the posted retail pump price for purchase of each gallon of diesel fuel or gallon of gasoline; or (b) up to the BestPrice discount established by Maverik for the posted retail pump price for each gallon of diesel fuel or gallon of gasoline. Such fuel discounts are available only upon eligible use of the Nitro® Card as the method of payment subject to the terms and conditions of the Nitro® Card Program and are in lieu of and not additive to any fuel discounts available with the Adventure Club Card.
*Customers who pay with their Nitro card at Maverik stores in the State of California will receive up to twelve cents ($0.12) or more off the posted credit fuel price of each gallon of diesel fuel or gallon of gasoline.
Maverik's BestPrice is based upon Maverik's proprietary methodology for identifying and tracking Qualifying Competitors (“QC”) for a particular Maverik Store. The BestPrice is based in part on the actual credit retail fuel price of a QC (“AGRP”) verified by Maverik's methodology, excluding price reductions from cash discounts, rebates, loyalty rewards, or other discounts or incentives offered by the QC. The QCs are identified and included in the BestPrice by Maverik on a case-by-case basis depending on several factors, including but not limited to, available fuel grades and types, applicable local and area market conditions, QC locations and corresponding proximity to Store locations, timing of QC pricing, customer and other resource inputs, and applicable governmental laws. The BestPrice may not include all fuel grades and types and may not be directly based upon AGRP. The BestPrice may not include fuel retailers as QC's which are warehouse retailers, require membership fees or dues, or other charges or purchases necessary to make purchase fuel at the particular retailer. Maverik reserves the right to restrict, terminate, change or modify the BestPrice, its proprietary methodology, and to include or exclude, certain fuel grades and types and fuel retailers such as QC's in the BestPrice in its sole and absolute discretion with or without prior notice.

When a cardholder has obtained ten (10) Punch-It! punches or number specified on virtual punch card they will earn a digital Punch-It! reward (“freebie”) redeemable for the applicable in-Store merchandise (“Punch-It! Reward”).
Lost, stolen or damaged Nitro Cards may be replaced by picking up a new Maverik Nitro Card in store and following the deactivation process for Maverik Nitro Cards and activation of the replacement Maverik Nitro Card at maverik.com or through the Maverik mobile application and by accepting and complying with the terms and conditions of the Nitro Card Program.
The Nitro® Card must be properly presented and used for payment of fuel or in-Store merchandise to obtain BestPrice fuel discounts and other Nitro® Card Trail Points and rewards.
