At Maverik, we’re committed to making a difference in the communities where we live and work. We support a variety of charitable organizations, with a focus on education, local hunger, and outdoor enrichment (we are Adventure’s First Stop, after all). In some cases, Maverik also gives back via in-kind support.

Areas of Focused Support…

Education Image

Maverik believes education creates opportunities. This has driven a long history of college scholarship contributions. We also fuel educational adventures that provide equal opportunities for students to engage in meaningful training, ongoing programming and hands-on experience.

Our past and present donations include programs and services focused on:

  • Higher education
  • Mentorship and preparation
  • At-risk populations
Local Hunger Image

Local Hunger

Building on Maverik’s philanthropic partnership with Feeding America, we are dedicated to fighting hunger in our local communities. As food insecurity sharply increases, Maverik supports causes that help our neighbors access nutritious food.

Our past and present donations include:

  • Local food banks
  • Childhood hunger programs
  • Regional food bank networks
Outdoor Enrichment Image

Outdoor Enrichment

As Adventure’s First Stop, Maverik believes outdoor adventure promotes health, growth, confidence, enhanced well-being, development and rehabilitation. We partner with causes that help individuals experience the benefits of outdoor recreation — whether it’s a charity leading a team or preserving and protecting land.

Our past and present donations include:

  • Outdoor educational experiences
  • Outdoor experiences for at-risk or minority groups
  • Conservation programs
